Zomgee

I’ve determined that Mondays are definitely not the best day for me to be required to post.. I shall bear my burden for the short term.

So what things have kept me from posting on schedule? Why… school and Jack Bauer of course. Perfectly valid reasons.

I leave you with just a few thoughts.

For some reason my phone thinks Nonmomoonm is a word. A quick search on google shows blogs and such referencing the word, but apparently I’m not the only one who has remarked at this.

Finally, I just wanted to let you know that in some poor kid’s mind, I’m famous:

I wanted to try not posting about what I got for Christmas again, but for some reason this ‘gift’ had to be noted. This gift was given via snail-mail and internets to Superstretch, HT and I from the illustrious (or illustrationous) Zepuka. Just wanted to say thanks to OhYo for ruining Zomgee forever. As such, we’ll be shutting down shortly. Or maybe not, but he needs to learn that causing epileptic seizures is not good.

That being said, I haven’t really had much time to think of a topic today, so because I’m cool like that, I leave you with one of the best videos I’ve ever seen on youtube. By now everyone has seen the Mac vs PC commercials, and while I tend to reside squarely between Vista and Ubuntu as my weapon of choice, these commercials can elicit any sort of response from me… rage, laughter, etc.

Without further pause or delay, I bring you the most epic (and I do mean epic) Mac vs PC commercial ever.

Four hundred years ago during the Ming Dynasty a lone man watches as an important Chinese leader is being entombed. Carefully he takes notes on the process learning all he can about the ceremony. He is only moments away from completing this somewhat simple mission when he is seen by a patrolling guard. Disgusted at his mistake he reaches for the ring on his left hand when a sword is abruptly shoved through him from behind. As he sinks to the ground his ring slips from his finger crashing to the stones beneath him, breaking and destroying all hopes of a return to his time. His untimely death is recorded only by the ring’s hour and minute hands which simply said: 10:06.
