Better everything: ff5-6 graphics (great updated effects), optimal battle,inventory menus, buncha new features (end-game style dungeons), ff8-9 quality music. Top that off with it has FF2 right in with the rom so hawt snawt. FF 3 and 4 are now 3d! on the DS emulator. FF 5 and 6 are also GBA-remade. and GBA means fast-forward buttons for ignorable battles. I've been hookin my lappy up to our 40-something" and playing it with wirelessness controller, it is win. @Dan there is a reason they bothered making a movie sequel for a video game.
